Powermaster problem
« on: March 24, 2009, 03:21:51 PM »
I took the unit out to find a leak, found leak and fixed. it was the o ring in the back of the pump cover thing. Put it back in and now the unit wont pressurize the system. the motor turns on and just runs constantly. but the pedal has no power assist to it.  everything worked fine before i did this, except for the leak that is. did i forget to do something before i turned it on? i'm at a total loss here.

the pump seems to be running dry, not sure why fluid would not be getting down there???

Fill it with fluid or you'll burn up your pump!

i have fluid in it, its full. its like its not gettin down to the pump though. i'm not sure why.seems like i tried everything i can think of. any ideas why the fluid would not be getting down to the pump? and i just turn it on when i'm messing with it cause i figured the pump would burn out if it kept going.
