will a newer grand prix front end bolt on? like a 96 bumper fenders and hood?

The hood and fenders have never changed (from 88-96)..but I'm not sure if the infrastructure of the front fascia is the same. It could probably be modified to fit though.

It has certainly been done on regular gp's.  If you stick with 91-92 front it will have the same ribbed design we have, whereas 94 up have a smooth
non ribbed style.  A guy named something like 89LEGP has done his whole car and you wouldn never know its not a 91-92 GP B4U.
