Having some spare time on my hands today I decited to do the I/C mod removing the fins from the A/C condensor....time consuming but worth it.

I also did the throttle body heater bypass mod listed @ http://www.v6z24.com/mods/howto/?page=heaterbypass. The hose cost $10.00.

The total time for both of these mods and verifying there were no leaks was 3 hours.

Although I did not have my "G-tech" hooked up to verify any proven HP gains my "but dyno" can definately feel the differance.  I can also feel the diferance in how cooler my throttle body and upper intake are after getting up to operating temps. (180 degrees for me).

I recommend these realitevely easy and low cost mods to all TGP / STE owners. I'll keep you posted in the next few weeks to see if there are any changes in MPG, or if unforeseen troubles arise.
