Is there any difference by placing the BOV on the lower intercooler pipe as opposed to the throttle-body pipe?  I have the pipe and will be installing it soon, but I also don't know if the filter I have will fit all up top.  Any input is appreciated.  I will be doing the install similar to the one found on turboste.com, I just don't know if I should use the lower pipe or what.   Thanks.

nope!  as long as you vent the compressed air it doesn't matter.  The system is sealed so pressure is the same at the intake as the lower pipe.  I got mine on the upper,  eclipse put his on the lower same difference.  I just wanted mine to be seen so I did it upper.
hi-flow intake, straight pipe, dsm bov, 24lb inj,  polished upper intake, turbo, and frt valve cover.
