Do the rear wheels stick out further then the front wheels?

Ok, last year I had my tires rotated on my TGP.

Well as I looked at my car, I noticed that the front wheels [the rear ones] stick out farther then the back wheels [front wheels].

I was wondering if the rear wheels stick out farther then the front ones? I think I read somewhere that the rear wheels' central hub is slightly thicker then the front wheels' hubs.

Because I have some rubbing issues right now and I think I can fixed it slightly by re-rotating the tires.

No, the wheels should be the same front to rear.

The most common problems of rubbing in the front are a misaligned subframe, loose parts, or tires that have a slightly different size. The 245/75/16 is really pushing how big the tire can be on this car, so if (as they are) a different brand of tire is a little bigger or fatter it may rub. Also check plastic shields for loosness or deformity.
