Have you tried standing on your head and spinning three times while reciting the Pontiac Owners Manual????  or maybe howling at the full moon?   LOL

Sometimes things just don't make logical sense do they? or are so complex a nuclear physicist couldn't figure it out.   Keep you spirits up, you'll get it solved!

Heh, yeah a little voodoo, mojo, or whatever is definitely needed LOL. I just read your other post and all I have to say is - man my "SET" button must be broken or something. I turn the ignition to "on", press "SET" and - and - and.... nothing.

I need to find a witch doctor and an exorcist and a shaman and Penn & Teller to chase the demons from my casette deck.

Oh BTW since I am in the car with all my tools, I check out the wiring at the bend for my seat controls - lo and behold it's just like redturbo90 said: 7 wires completely severed. At least I fixed something :O)

Also on a good note, my singing voice has improved vastly, I might start taking requests soon.

Mongoose, about where in central Illinois are you? I'm in Decatur with my headache! That's smack in the middle of the soy beans!!! Maybe you could peruse my manual (pretty beat up by now but intact).

It's nice to have working seats, huh? Glad I could help.

Oh yeah, it's great! Thanks a million! I really missed my adjustable sides and lumbar whozits  :D

I need to find out why my seat controls stopped working.. they worked before I pulled the console and seats out to clean, and after I put them in.. nothing. I don't see any severed wires at that bend either, no blown fuses too.   :?

Luke, when I pulled my seat controls, I didn't see any severed wires either. The insulation was still intact but the wires were broke off inside.
