diagnostic cable

my friend has a gm reprogrammer where is the diagnostic cable for the computer on the car i thought it was under by the stearing column but i couldn't find it...

There is no cable. There is a black plug to the right of the stering column about 3/4 high by 2 long. Thats for a TGP dont know about a Cutty. You will have to get an interface cable to go from the aldl to your programmer. That can be a problem cause there are so many different applications. Do some searches for scan tools and aldl cables. You will come up with plenty of sources. If you know the pin out for your programmer you could get one made or diy.
