I'm getting a Top Gun 160 chip and t-stat and I was wondering what to set the plug gap to.  I'm going to be running the stock plugs(R42LTS) and I know that I have to regap them.  The car had platinums in it when I got it and I was about to change the plugs and I want to set the gap for the chip that I should receive any day now.

Thanks,
Josh

I would recommend gapping them at .035 to start. This should work fine. If you have any hesitation or surging under acceleration try .030.

You should wait and do what Jeff explains in his 8 page packet that he sends with the chip... :)
