Does anyone know where to get the header to hook the MEMCAL into the PP2 w/o removing the chip?  I don't want to get it off the internet.  I got all my stuff (G1, chips, PP2) tonight and want to play but forgot I need to get the damn code out of the chip before I can transfer it to the new chip on the adapter.   :oops:   Surely Radio Shack or somewhere else has a header I can chop up.  Since I only need to do this once won't paperclips work?  If so, how is the pinout?  TIA.

No I wouldn't recomend paper clips because they are not sperated and held together like headers. If one of those pins crosses over and touches another one..your scrued...it won't transfer the data correctly..or your upload device will mess up and more than likely if the (+) of the chip touches on of the data pins ...the chip will fry....Total loss of data...

Do yourself a favor and do it the right way.

Yeah, I got all excited and then though, just wait on the header, if you fuck this chip up, alot of people will be pissed/screwed.
