left over wiring harnesses

I have two wiring harnesses that are not plugged into anything. One is in the trunk and is grey in color with 3 wires going into it and is located near the wires for the antenna above the right tire. The other is in the engine and has a red wire (only one pin/wire) and is located near the remote (+) terminal on the strut tower covering. Anybody know what these may be for?

The one in the trunk is for the power antenna. The one under the hood is the fuel pump test lead. Put power to it with the ignition off and your fuel pump will run.
