Adjusting the E-Brake

Exactly as the subject states, I need to know how to adjust the E-Brake.
I changed rear pads and rotors, and now the E-brake can be pumped fully twice, and it doesn't hold the car. How do I adjust this so the car doesn't decide to roll down the driveway someday!

Arent you supposed to hit the brakes hard in reverse to "auto adjust?"
2004 GTP -  3.8 Blown - Only modding for MPG.
1997 GTP  - 3.8 Blown - Too many mods to list.

Not on discs. Is the piston completely out. I don't remember the exactl procedure, but if the Pbrake worked before the brake service, it shouldn't need adjusting. I would guess the pistons are having an issue and won't extend with the parking brake actuation.
