rear bumper removal

I'm having trouble taking off the rear bumper on my 89 TGP.  Is it just held on by the bolts on the bottom and screws in the fenderwell?  Any tips for removal would be very helpful, thanks.

There is a screw or two that goes in from the trunk IIRC. There are also bolts at the top of the bumper on the outside that attach it to the fender.
