Chris,, question.. so if your speedo is off, then would that cause a problem in the tranny shifting...

I think the Governor is about $30-$50 from GM can't remember exactly. Easy to swap.

It can, but not directly. The speedo being off can be a result of something else being wrong tht is causing bad shifting.
