ok I hope this is what i need for my HUD

I won this item but wonder one thing, I have checked all the wiring connetions on the unit and it does not function on my TGP, this is a standalone unit right, no other hidden components right?

no my hud is not working, never lit up or anythig sincei had the car, I checked wiring already, no fuses blown either.
