Anyone have pics of how they made a crossover pipe support bracket?  Looking for ideas for mine! ('93 Cavalier Z24 Turbo 5 sp.)

Got a welder? Just start welding metal together until you have something that works. Unless you have some sheet metal that you can bend into the shape you need it, then take it to someone and have them make you one. :?

Hey Josh, if I ever do get a mount fabbed up, I'll be sure to get 2 made and send you one.

As soon as I get the ball rolling on this project the mount won't be a problem. The guy I bought my 89 SE from is a metal fabricator. He does some real nice work. He also works where I do. He builds everthing we need for the plant.

Maybe i could have you make it 3 then  :D

I'm gonna get RedZ's Xover pipe, so after that goes in i'll be ready -- i've got one of the HM282 internal slave models though (not external slave like that)  which may pose another set of problems.  It looks like i'll be able to fab something up out of angle iron or something.  It'll be hack looking, but you can't see it anyways so its all good i guess.

Running ove 100mph in the 1320 makes it hard to see a bracket in the engine bay.

Yeah, i hear that.  I was running 0-60 in 5 second area just in second with a cracked x-pipe (obviously not seared in half as it is now!) and various other issues such as the motor flopping around the engine bay...  but, i've learned and moved on.

Any suggsetions as to how to route the oil lines for an oil cooler -- i'm thinking of cooling the oil that only goes to the turbo....  ie: the supply line coming out of the block, feed that to the turbo, and then let it take its course from there.

Any suggestions as to what to use for coolant and oil supply lines -- anyone have old ones?  I'd love to do AN type fittings but it seems like a lot of $$ and have no idea what any of them are or mean
