Yes for those who can remember I have posted this topic before......

anyway i have inquired with my Local Aeroquip dealer for possable replacement lines for the TGP 3.1 Turbo Coolant and Oil Lines

http://hosexpress.com/hydraulic/Aeroquip%20High%20Perf/highperfhose.htm

and they said they could reproduce them using Aeroquip Specialty Hose and there connectors.....

the reason im considering doing this is because my original lines are really badly bent, kinked and in very poor condition.....

The Aeroquip guys said there will be no ill effects if i convert to their fabricated lines.....

there useable for OIL, Coolant, Fuel and Air applications and accept normal operating pressures of 250 PSI +

So im considering going this route but i figured i would ask if anyone can see a possable Problem(s) with this.......

Any help is welcome

Cheers
Dave

If someone could tell us the length needed and the size of the fitting on each end, it should not be hard to order those custom made for the TGP's

Will Heat from the Exhaust side of the Turbo be an issue???

I have the DEI Turbo Insulation Kit that covers the hot side really well but there has been some mention of Heat problems with the lines on my other post on W-body.com....

good quality stainless braided line should not be bothered by the heat. they have HIGH Heat and Pressure ratings.
