Alright, well here is the problem i have, the car stutters at idle and also when you accelerate.  It happens at low and high rpm's and seems to cut out when you reach a stable speed.  I have changed the injectors, fuel pump regulator, spark plugs, plug wires, checked the compression and still acts the same. Any ideas on what the problem could be?  Maybe the TPS??  Well if anyone here has any input on what you think it might be it would be much appreciated.

Most likely the coils.  Also you can check the TPS, O2, map by unplugging them one at a time and seeing if it gets better.

Not trying to scare you or be a downer here.. but my 38k TGP idled fine and accelerated roughly and it turned out to be a lost cam lobe.  But I have had the same coil/icm issue with the other TGP.. pull them off and ohm the resistance on the coils, and make sure to test the ignition module (ICM) at your local parts store.  Advance and AutoZone as well as CarQuest, formerly NAPA here, can test that for you.
