I did happen to see another post about this, it seems to be a common problem lately. When I got the TGP, the coolant housing was cracked, but holding. Now a chunk of the ear has come off. It can still be tightened, and seems to hold, but I dont know for how long. Anyone have one? I have a bunch of N/A ones, but none will work.

I tried to get one from the dealer, being a $30 part I thought it would be a bit pricey, but it's discontinued!

So my contact at the dealer called the vintage parts warehouse, they have a bunch of them in stock, and his cost is $100.  I nearly shit my pants.  He ordered it anyway, I might get it, or try to make a combo of hoses to make this work with the n/a housing.

There is a place around here that welds aluminum, they come highly recommended, so I might take this new one up there and get a quote to make the n/a just like the TGP's.  I'll let you know when it comes in..

Shit for less than $100 you can hitup Jegs and use braided stainless and all the needed fittings.

I could have a replica made at a local welding shop too, guy there is good with aluminium.  How does the stainless setup attach to the radiator?  I might look into that.
