Exhaust question

I don't have my TGP here right now but i have to replace the exhaust this week to pass inspection.  I'm looking at Flowmaster 40 series.  Do i want Center/Center or Center/Offset or Offset/Offset.   Also for the Cat I'm looking at http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7918223974&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT  will that work well and do I want it w/ or w/o the air tube?   Thanks for the help and/or any other suggestions.

The mufflers are Center/Offset.

I know the auction has ended but if you didn't bid on it get a cat without the air tube.  I bought a Catco universal from Summit and it worked out great.
