I messed with the Desired boost pressure vs Load & RPM and had no luck with low rpm or speed boost. I'm using Winbin and the code mask I had didn't have thise tables.....
wg duty cycle vs rpm
Settings constants:
Boost Enable min cool temp
Boost enable max cool temp
Boost reduction disable knock retard
Boost Reduction enable Knock Retard
Boost control enable rpm threshold
Boost cutoff high load time threshold
Well I didn't want to buy Tunercat and I don't know if GMPCM has thise. But Luckly I found thies laying around in the web. Lucky me.

I didn't know there be thise many tables just related to boost  :shock:  
Well should I mess around with the Wastegate Duty cycle and rpm to get my low rpm 3krpm/mph (under 45mph) boost higher  :?:
