i hate being young and poor,   my 90 TGP has to go....i need money!!!!!!



breakdown.......1990 black, tan interior

130k on car

10k on new performance rebuild engine







body has no rust......hood is dented, left front fender is replaced and drivers dr..paint on roof is not too good  front valence is missing

interior is in great condition....there are a few small stains on the seats, but the seats still work perfectly and are not torn up


all acc. still work excpet for the power antenna

car runs OK......by OK i mean that it starts and idles and GOES when ya step on the gas but it has a slight hesitation at stand-still WOT application.......no idea why

has small exhaust leak near xover.....i think this is the joint between the turbo and downpipe


there is also a shimmy under accel. uphill.....????no idea why


the anti lock light comes on....untill it comes on the brakes are not safe.....but after about 1/4 mile the light comes on and the brakes work excpet the anti lock on the left front....i have a new wire for the sensor but i cnat figure out how to put it on....

low coolant light comes on sometimes.....just top it off and yer good

slight leak in the fuel tank....only leaks when the tank is FULL

car needs no "maintenence type items"....brakes, tires, plugs........so on

new alpine 100w dash speakers

i have put over 3500 in this car since i bought it......engine, turbo, so on.... plus normal TGP stuff almost 3k of it is the engien turbo combo


id LOVE to get 3500 for the car........................................so if anybody feels generous........... :lol:  :lol:  :lol:

and the stock airbox

ithink i still have the stock rear brakes

a set of headlights

factory Tstat

stock rotors

whatever other parts i have for it are included..........

I thought you had a "gt28 turbo" on the car? Why no mention of it?

yes it has a t28 turbo with a super 60 compressor wheel and a gt28 exhaust wheel  good for 505cfm and a claimed 320HP

and besides that my gf just totaled her 99 grand prix gt :cry:
so i haev been takin care of her nursing her injuries and all...........




but i promise u as soon as i find it i will get it up here somewhere

That's cool. What kind of power gains did you get from the cam? Was the cam the only thing you needed for the install, or did you upgrade/replace the rockers, pushrods, springs, lifters???

i got loads of high end power which is really where these cars lack.....and the low end.....wow...the first time i stepped on it from a stand still with my gf in the car she sucked in her breath cause it wound out 1st gear so fast!   she couldnt believe how much low end i had



and i got a package with springs and everything included.

i had to haev a machine shop put in the cam bearings cause they were replaced also
the lifters are new

so now i have to pay for the POS to be towed home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

actually the car is NOT a POS.....i was just venting, yes it did let me sit 130 miles from home........while i was working....at least i was done with work and on my way home and had a partner ahead of me who came back and hauled my ass home..........the car is still up for sale but now it REALLy needs a 5 spd........so anybody that wants a badass motor to put on a 5spd let me know....the price is now down to 2000 obo.
