Some of you know I bought this in late 2003 from a member of the TGP forum. It's a California car in beautiful shape inside. Few minor blemishes that can be repaired without fully repainting the car.

freshly rebuilt engine 9/04
-new Crane 20/20 cam
-new rods, mains and cam bearings
-new 95-HV Melling oil pump
-chrome moly rings
-standard size bearings all around.

Car had lost a cam lobe on #10 (exhaust cylinger 5). To be safe did full tear down rebuild. Heads were resurfaced, new seats, etc. etc. The reason the cam lobe was gone was a sticky valve. I found a bent pushrod but still had no compression. It runs great now, a little rich due to the cam, but in cold weather it really pulls hard. I don't really want to sell it, but I have some other things I need to take care of right now and still have my other TGP for a 5 speed swap, and to be honest, it's more fun to build than just to drive.

I needs a new sensor for coolant level on the radiator, a new A/C accumulator and a charge, tranny flush and some TLC on the inside, mostly cleaning and then tracking down the stereo problem. I can take pics of the car or show you existing ones.

Lowered with Intrax front springs, Birchmount rear leaf, tinted windows and factory sunroof. No CD (none in 89), has security lighting, functioning RKE, slight hum from the stereo though. (can be annoying).

Not looking for offers. I got a good deal on this car but got hosed in shipping and then the rebuild. As it sits I know I have well over $5k in it, and I am willing to take $5000. It's a beautiful car, needs some attention, but in 10 yrs a car with this low of mileage is going to worth a lot. I just don't want to keep it anymore, I have other things I'd like to do with the money. Car is located in Binghamton, NY, off I-81 just above the PA border.

Any questions or pic requests pm me or email r_dogwarren@hotmail.com

All OEquipment will be included, ie leaf and front knuckles.  It has 98 Lumina knuckles now.  Rear ADCCO bar, tires 75%, etc.  As I said, any questions pm me.

Like I said I'm not looking to make any money here.  I would just prefer not to have it anymore.  Eventually I will do the 5 speed swap and rebuild on the other... two just isn't very practical anymore.  I know the market right now isn't too good either.  Possibly someone will see this but I know most of the regulars already have one.. in some cases 5.

I'd appreciate it if anyone who visits other forums may link to this thread.  Seriously looking to sell will negotiate to a reasonable price.

WHAT?!?!?!  In your first post back in August you did not state the miles :x , and now the pic of the odo shows......39k miles!?!?!? WTF!!!!!  Dude, you are slipping big time :P    :D  That is way low miles (if I am the only one to notice it so far  ).  The underside shots show no rust     this is a Cali car :D  8) That is an excellent car for that price from what I see :headbang: Wish I had the extra cash and garage space, I would get it 8) .....also looks nice dropped, can I use one of your pics on my web site?? Will give credit for owner's name, and most prefer just "Ryan W"

Good luck, sweet car!!!

Jeff it rolled off the transport last year with 38,312 miles.  I have put just about 2k on it since the rebuild.  I don't think it's going to sell anyway so I will probably keep it and toy with it further.  I plan on going to school in February to get my AAS in Radiologic Technology and really won't have a lot of time.  I have a complete 5 speed swap ready to install to my other car, perhaps I will just sell that one and use the parts for this car.  who knows.. just really testing the waters.

Absolutely on the pic/s Jeff.  I have no problem with that.

"Rolled off the trasport"...I hope that was on the rubber and not on the paint   Yea that might be a little too nice to sell, hard to find such low mile sweet TGPs 8)   I would keep it, there are no wear miles so maybe a few aged parts but those would be few, too good of an investment to let go!!  A new car with that low of miles would be hard to find for any where near that price, and few cars are near the TGP in all it can offer, its does not look like the car it was based on, too bad for others great cars like the 97-up GTP/GTX, they only have different badges  and look too much like their lesser brothers :x . I paid for it to look like the power it has, even when going slow and sitting still

Good luck with school, that degree is an easy fill, plenty of health care positions out there 8) And the coin will be good too :D

Thanks for the permission on the pic, looking to use the one clear side shot showing it dropped 8)

PS, duffus me missed the "Topic" saying it had such low miles

Ok gentlemen, I am officially going to sell this car.  I had pulled it back from the market, but economic hardships are forcing me to sell this car!  My price stands firm at $5000, but it is updated from last summer because I have added new injectors (Bosch pink tops), new dogbones with both sides poly, and the mileage will be a bit higher, I think I rolled 42k this year.  I drove it all of 10 times.  I have a new (GM part) gasket for the sunroof that will also go with the car, and a brand new GM under hood insulator.

Please, these pictures are old but I can update them to anyone who is a serious buyer.  Please do not waste my time and I will do my best not to waste yours.  I am enrolled in school full time right now, my time is limited, but I can deliver the car within 8 hrs of my home to you, or to meet you, and we will split a coach airline ticket back home.  Anyway, if you are interested, all the contact info holds from the previous posts.  Thanks for reading.

Can you PM me the part numbers for the sunroof seal and the underhood insulator?

Good luck with your sale. For that price, I wouldn't forsee it being on the market for long!
