Turbo Coolant seal

The seal that usually goes bad that lets the Coolant into the exhaust and burns. How do I go about changing it? Instuctions would be great! iv never taken off the turbo, so if anyone has a write up on taking out the turbo thatd be great!

If coolant from the turbo is leaking into the exhaust.....that center section is GONE. That would also mean it is leaking into the oil. Are you sure its coolant? If it is...its prob your intake gasket or head gasket  :( .
