As the title says...I need physical pictures of the ECM used in the Sy/Ty.

I finally found a site that has every pin-out of any ECM used in all vehicles since EFI was introduced in cars.

Looking into something...  8)

It looks identical to the 730 ECM. Here's a really good link that details all sorts of stuff.

While the pinning of the 727 looks a little different, I wouldn't sweat it. The guts of the 727/730 are the same.

Some F-body guys have been using the sy/ty code on the 730 ECM. I don't see why we cannot use the sy/ty code on the 727 since its the same ecm as the 730. The sy/ty, quad 4 ecm is just a 730 ecm with a aditional injector driver parts. I know my 749 has two 79435 delco ICs. I think the 730 has 1.  What does this mean for me. The ability to tune a fairly more simple code, avaliable 3bar codes. If you want more injector power..you need to upgrade the injector driver on our 727. The 749 has the ablility for peak and hold injectors since it has two injector drivers(FETs). YOu can make adapters for a 749 to mate to the 727 harness and add the aditinal jumpers and wires for the second injector activation.

DIS vs Dizzy...LOL.. Childs play. You just need to move the spark refereance angle.
Turbocharged 88 IMSA Beretta GTX <-dam stright.

Well...when I get back from Europe after the first of the year I will be "attempting/tackling" this project. For us to be able to run a 3bar with the setup I will be selling in spring...we will see an all new appreciation for our cars. Hopefully anyway. Once I decide to tackle something I will make it work...just a matter of how clean I can make it look if I decide to sell a "kit" of sorts.  8)

His is the only one that's driveable, but not because of a chip issue.....remember god910(Jay) blew his getrag transaxle in his swapped TGP. There are two driveable 5spd/turbo cars here(Davis' and Josh's 5spd swapped turbo Cutlass')
