purchasing t3 gp setup

i know a guy where i can pick up everything i need to turbo a 3.1 n/a except for the intercooler pipe because i have to make my own.  he wants 500 for the setup.  is this alright of a price?  includes a garrett t3 turbo side mount, exaust, injectors, chip, and many other parts.  also whats the difference between a t25 and t3?

t-25 and t-3 difference = Flexibility of effecient boost pressures and size/demensions of the exhaust mount flange.

So what is a getty t3 turbo side-mount? An intercooler?

What exhaust? The manifolds and cross-over to include the downpipe? or what is under the car?

What chip? Who made it? Be very careful who you get your chips from!

Which injectors? How old? What size?

What other parts?
