QuoteTo replace your Oil return line, go down to a local place that makes hydraulic hoses and tell them that you need a 5/8 inch by 12 inch ID oil return hose for a turbo they will get you the right stuff, it will cost 5 to 8 dollars. the piece you need is 10 1/2 inches long, after you remove your old one, cut the new one to the same length. If you can't find any send me $12 and I'll 3 day you a 1 foot piece. 8.50 hose + 3.50 shipping. (I use a good quality hose that costs me $8.50 a foot and I have to drive 45 miles 1 way to get it!!!)
the oil return line comes from the bottom of the turbo and goes back into the front/right side of the engine block just above the Starter. It is a black hydraulic line and there are only 3 lines coming from the turbo, it is the only nonmetallic one it has clamps on both ends(its easier to take out the air filter box and it's hoses also take off the intercooler metal pipe and the rubber hose that goes into the turbo to get to where the Oil return line clamps to the turbo).it takes some feeling around but you'll get it take it off of the block side first, then slide it the rest of the way off, then look inside and you'll see if theres a separation.

Sounds like the distributor o ring or one of the many places oil could rip is having a problem. You'll have to get under and see what part of the engine its dripping from (front, middle or back) and it will really help to narrow down where its coming from.

Sounds like the o-ring to me. Or possibly the valve cover gasket on the back?

Yeah, if its definitely coming off the back, then its about all it could be. If it were on the front, especially near the oil filter, there are a lot of things to leak there. Look down under the throttle body. If the Opump drive is leaking, the it will be easy to see oil build up. Otherwise, you can probably plan on a valve cover gasket.

Good post but needs minor corrections if I may. The oil return hoes goes to a pipe just above the starter. that pipe goes to the pan just below the block. The oil feed line comes from the block just above and to the right of the oil cooler. there are four lines from the turbo 2 for water in an out and 2 for oil in and out. Just making sure that nobody tries to replace ther feed line with a hose. I have heard of worse things. By the way the hose is 3/8 id.

Chris you right. It is bigger than 3/8 I measured the wrong hose. Guess we all make mistakes. :(
