Rusty ass Grill bolts

Im takin out the grill, basicly taking the Facia off but the grill screws are SO rusty that they all just chew up where the screwdriver goes. I sprayed them down with WD-40 and let them sit and they all still, whats my next attempt of getting the bastards off

I just took some rusted solid grill screws off like 2 days ago when I was on the roof. had to heat up the metal clip from behind with a micro torch before it would budge. if its totally stripped you heat up the plastic right by the clip and yank it off with a needlenose pliers.
