GM 3 speed trannies issue

I didnt get the car, financial things came up. But hey, I have a horrible slamming occasionally and i replaced my modulator and the check valve and it helped, but i still get it. I think mabye the throttle cable. There should be a Hard line off the TB, then it goes soft onto that check valve onto that little gold cylinder with the tip is indeed where it should be connected, wow you should plug that in, that would cause the trans to think your at WOT and slam HARD into gear
