How do I remove EGR from my TGP?

Has anyone else done this?  The EGR valve seems like a pain to remove on these cars, but it would free up so much space, and I've got all the EGR disabled in my chips.  What did you do with that flexible tube and the nipple coming off the crossover pipe?

Thanks in advance,

Josh

3 dimes. they fit almost perfect. had to give them a few love tabs to get them all the way in.

On the top I just used a piece of sheet metal.. but I still had the valve bolted down to keep it in place.

I didn't do this by choice, my tube broke and I couldn't find a replacement.

i cut the tube and rolled it a few times, then filled the inside on the exhaust side with epoxy. on the top i cut a nice little piece of sheet metal the same as the gasket under it, and bolted it back on. looks nice and doesn't leak
