PM III

I was on my way home from work this morning and when I went to slow for a car my brake pedal got real hard and I hardly have any stopping power at all. My PM III was already going bad cause the motor ran almost constantly. The motor still runs but it is alot quieter than it was.
I pulled and checked the relays in the drivers side underhood relay center for abs and the only one that changes anything is the motor relay. When I pull it the motor stops...duh! I pulled the ones on the pass. side also. When the one is pulled it activates a solenoid in the unit. None of the other ones make any change. Also all fuses check out ok.

Is it completely shot now?
