[b]second bolt from the right on the plenum[/b]

how do you get the bolt off from the plenum, the second one from the right, I can not get a socket or a open end wrench around it either , please help :(

If it is the one I am thinking of use a deep well socket (12 point vs 6 point)
2004 GTP -  3.8 Blown - Only modding for MPG.
