compression check was about 105 on every cylinder if i am remember correctly i did that awhile ago. I was thinking about the lower intke gasket. I had a 2.8 that had a bad gasket and it was sucking air.So I am going to change that this weekend when I get home. Havent done a vacuam check. How do I do that?I will also tighten up my gap to .032. THANKS AGAIN GUYS

Do you have the factory cat converter on it? Mufflers?

Do you see black smoke from behind the car (in your rear view mirror ;) ) when it falls down?

Regap your plugs to .030 for the factory chip.

When you pull your plugs read them...black (too much fuel)...white (too little fuel)...golden brown/tan perfect burn.

fuel pressure is good.
Remember pressure is not volume. You can have good fuel pressure at idle but when your getting on it, It could be low..

no smoke and plugs look good. I will regap the plugs when I get back home. Exhaust is all new including cat. I will replace the fuel pump if the plugs dont fix it. Thanks again guys

Put in a set of R42LTS plugs...to hell with the aftermarket double V split wasted maxi power super spark plugs! ;) They do nothing what so ever for turbo vehicles.

Thank you very much Kenny I value all you guys helping out. I will keep you updated this weekend. Kenny I will call you next week I have 2 chips for you to do for me. I talked to you about 3 weeks ago about these I finlly got my cousins away without him knowing so now I cn get them done. If I am getting your hot chip what should I gap my plugs at then. Thanks again guys

With the HOT Tune I recommend a 0.028 gap. You might be like a few others and get away with a 0.030...but the boost levels and increased combustion chamber pressure with the more agressive timing curve will most likely blow out the spark if it is more than 0.028.

Let me know when you are ready... ;)
