Looking For a Car....

I need a winter car, because the TGP gets put away toward the end of November before the snow flies and I have nothing else to drive.... so I need a winter car.

I am looking for an 88-96 GP 2 door (preferably 88-90 or 91-93)
OR
a 96-01 Chev/Geo Metro/ Suzuki Swift, must be 3 cyl, 5spd.

Just needs to be a cheap $1000 or under car in decent shape, though if you find anything interesting, let me know I may be interested.
Please help me out, guys!

Its ~30 minutes from me.  3.1 engine, many new parts $300... sounds like an awesome deal if anyone has any idea of how to solve its wierd battery problem...  Any ideas?

im lookin for a car too. i wanna w body. I found a Grand Prix, an 88 or 89, digital dash, its an LE 2.8 V6 doesnt start, i might get it for dirt cheap or maybe free. Im also lookin at a pontiac 6000 LE 3.1 V6 that runs find needs a battery and muffler for 500$
