TGPs are rev limited to 3000 RPMs in park and neutral so you don't blow up the engine

First off Welcome to the TGP world..
Secondly, Yes It would be time...however I think you should give us a better description as to what the symptons are, what mods are done to the car.  At that time, we can give you some more help.  If you just start replacing random parts, you will go broke REAL QUICK!

What are the main issues?  what's been done to it lately?  give us some more detaisl and we can try and help you out!

Me too! There's plenty of company in the boat lol.

the car seem to bogs out in the middle and hight rpm in gear and in boost and i check for boost leak and no boost leak so im guessing the plugs and wires should change and i just got the car to

Start with that...if not, I'm laying $10 on the ICM/coils.

Just so you know, the stock intake hoses like to suck shut when under boost(this is, if you're still running a stock airbox setup).

which one the one that goes from  the air box to the turbo or the one thats goes to the air box and the to the fender
thanks for the help guys  ;)

TGP Nick

The one going from the airbox to the turbo gets sucked shut.  If it feels weak in the midrange to top end power, it could be a leaking crossover... a leaking crossover would cause that also.

yeah that rubber hose fells very soft im guessing if the filter is dirty then it would suck it shut
