I looked up the pinouts for the Cutlass cluster on w-body.. I forgot that fuel/etc were on different wires (then of course our second coolant temp sensor just for the cluster). So is the VSS signal, apparently, it's not taken from the ALDL stream. I think the cluster must only get the tach info from the ALDL. Then there's a splice off the VSS wire that goes to the HUD, I think. But the HUD and speedo still should get the same voltage from the ECM, still pretty damn sure the cluster can't be corrected that way, even if the HUD was able to stay correct.

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHICH RESISTOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF DEGRADATION AND MAYBE SHOW IT IN A PICTURE?  I ALSO NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF REPLACEMENT RESISTOR TO BUY AND WHERE FROM. PLEASE HELP! :twitch:
