Ok, I now officially NEED the clip that holds the vaccum block onto the throttle. I'm getting sick of the zip tie method...really sick of it lol. Who is willing to seel one? Name the price.

Are you 100% positive they are TGP/TSTE specific??

Yes, seeing that the only MPFI 60 degree V6's to get the clip were boosted.  Why would you need a clip on a n/a engine?  No pressures are going to be pushing out the vacuum lines like a boosted app. would.

Someone should start fabricating these since so many people need them.

My original clip is still in perfect shape by the way. :nana:

flybynite had a good idea when I talked with him on the phone about this problem since mine were blowing out since I just turbo'd my 2.8 GPSE.  He said to use clear silicone (kind you use for your house or windows) to silicone the lines and block into the throttle body.  He is running 14 psi with this and the lines stay in.  I did mine on saturday and they are staying put so far.  Might be a cheeper alternative to getting that clip made.........

I used gasket sealer a while back, and it held until I needed to pull the block out. I just want the stock look.

From a few google searches, it doesn't look like casting a new plastic clip would be that hard...I'll swing by a hobby & crafts store soon and see if they have any kits. If not, I might order one somewhere online. I wouldn't mind having a spare clip or two anyways...
