I know this is a a TGP board but some of this stuff can be carried over to the TGP.

I upgraded the factory small gauge wiring from 18 Gauge to 16 Gauge wiring as well as dropped in a High Flow Walbro 255 Intake Pump.

Here's the pics:

Pictures of the Walbro power and ground harness I took apart with a pick. Thicker gauge wire pictured on the left and the stock wiring on the right.

The new thicker gauge wires on the lead I pulled out of the Walbro pump harness. I soldered them as well as crimped them and heat shrunk the ends so there is no chance of them getting loose and coming apart.

Once the connections were done I put the leads back in the walbro supplied harness.

Then I took the leads out of the other factory harness with a pick and took out the factory small gauge wire. The new thicker gauge wire slid in perfectly and I Crimped Soldered and heat shrunk it as well again.

Then I put the leads back in the factory harness making sure they snapped back in place. And here's the finished Thicker gauge harness...

Pump Assembly Pics....

Just finished dropping the pump in and fired it up!

I extended the bottom of the pick up on the pump and test fit it a few times to make sure it wasn't pressed up against the plastic slosh bucket in the tank. The fuel feed line clears the top of the tank and still flexes without binding or pinching.
