Here is what me and my cousin have been up to. Ironic that i have done 70% of the work and it use to be my car. (damn cheating ex wife) Not completly done but drivable and fun. He is the on standing by her. I know I will hear some crap about using the motor out of a TGP, but the donor car had no title and body parts went to my car.

Looks nice, but that downpipe looks awfully small.  Is it 2"?

down pipe is 2.5 using the factory flanges for turbo and factory exhaust. Seems to flow good wont really know until he gets a boost controller. We put in a Kenny hottune chip, so we are only running 4.5 lbs. of boost for now. Oh by the way it is a 5 speed. At 4.5 lbs it was running pretty good against my 01 GTP so he is happy.

   If that was the case I wouldnt have even touched his car. My ex cheated on me and she wanted the car,so I sold it cheap to him. I didnt want her to have it, and so I sold it. Next best thing atleast I can see it al the time.

Ok now that we all get that my ex didnt cheat with my cousin. Just my freind, can I have some feedback on this project. Likes and dislikes. Any ideas and thoughts will be appricated greatly.

Why are you guys running such low boost? ;)

He doesnt have a boost controller yet, so we are just going off the turbo for now. And as far as I know it is 4-5 lb. spring.

Grainger that bish to 10psi atleast and see if you can cram in 3" exhaust.  What kind of clutch/flywheel setup you have?  LSD?  Maybe some meth injection for those 15+ psi days???  lol   Have a wideband?  I'd switch to a heated o2 if you can.

He is planning to run 10 or 11psi. The clutch is a Zoom hi-pro. Funds went dry for him, future plans are a MBC(ordered) and full 3" exhaust will be here by mid summer. Other then that I think that is all he is doing except painting the car  burnt orange color. I like it because noone expects that a Z24 can smoke those little ricers around here. We took it out 1 night and we both got into a race at the same time with 2 ricers and smoked them both. FUN FUN

The paint will be from the show "trucks". It is the truck called Copperhead. That is the color he picked out. Also can be seeen on www.gearztv.com. I like the color,but to each thier own. It will be different thats for sure.
