after reading on this site injectors? get a code 45 any thoughts? thanks for any help

Common parts that go bad are the GM exhaust crossover, turbo oil drain line, and fuel injectors.

Have any of these parts been replaced?  Has the exhaust crossover been replaced with a Jeff M. or KAZ unit?

Welcome to the site, I recommend the grinders 18 rolling thread to help you.

Glad you're making progress. I thought I had responded to your thread earlier suggesting to check the injectors, but I guess my post didn't show up or I actually didn't submit it(?). As you've found out, the injectors are a common issue on these cars. They tend to clog easily & stick open and/or fail electronically on these cars. I've had the same exact issue with my Red TGP before. My car smoked when the fans kicked on & also after sitting a while due to all the gasoline that had leaked into the cylinders. The whitish fuel clouds it puffed out were so strong, they would choke you out if you walked behind the car. :icon_eek:

By the way, what injectors did you go with for replacement(s)?
'93 SE, '90 Black/tan TGP, & '90 Red/tan TGP
