why does my TGP hesitate when I floor it or step on the gas? My boost gauge never goes past zero and usually stays in the negatives? what could be my problem?  Please help!!!

the stock ecu is set at a very very modest boost setting of the max be 9.5 lbs.,  in the stock form it has big time boost lag.  Mine does the same thing when i floor it.  It sits for second scratches its head then takes off with fury  !  From what i learned so far before you start fixing and replacing things other than obvious problems you need to get either the driveability chip or the top gun.   The obvious things to replace should be spark plugs, wires, ignition coils,  TPS, iac (this sensor may not be bad but caked with black crud try cleaning out with some type of carb cleaner or equiv), Map sensor,  vaccume lines, coolant temp sensor, thermostat, fuel filter, air filter (very restrictive toss it and go hi-flow), crank sensor.
hi-flow intake, straight pipe, dsm bov, 24lb inj,  polished upper intake, turbo, and frt valve cover.

Sounds like you not building any boost at all. check that none of the
hoses have slipped off. the ones from turbo to intercooler, intercooler
to throttle body. Did it used to run okay? or is this newly purchased?
are you sure turbo is spinning, take off hose between turbo and air cleaner, start car  and see if turbo is spinning.

If the turbo is spinning then you have a plugged cataletic converter

yours may take off with a fury but mine is still sitting there scratching its head.  and also i failed to mention...i am running straight pipes.
my turbo is spinning and sucking air. I found out that a lot of oil is coming through my intake to my intercooler and its burning out my exhaust...smokes really bad! I just got the car not too long ago...already had transmission rebuilt at 107,000 miles.

Sounds like you need to replace the Oil return hose, do a search for Oil Return Hose and you will find the info on what and how to repair it, $8.50 fix!
I don't have time right now to look for it but if you don't find it let me know and I'll get it for you.

The oil return line comes out under the turbo inlet and runs accross to the motor. It goes into a pipe just above the starter.

I emailed you a pic of the line. Hope it helps.

Do not use regular hose for it. Make sure you get 5/8" hydraulic hose.
