I know that tgp's are one of a kind and the got a special effects kit.  b4w or someting,  but would it be a sin if I put a 94-96 b4u on there?
The bumper and most of the effects on the car are really rough. The only part still in good shape is the rear bumper cover.

Maybe the old look will grow on me with time, but I like the clean lines of my 96.

its your car. I like the look of the side cladding of the 94-96 (less grooves). if something happens to my front end I would probably do the same thing.

i believe all the mounting clips for all the door, wheel well, and quarters are different between the years.. you would have to change them out if you wanted it right..

No sin, just think of it as a face lift.

I do have to say, I love the 94-96 kit a lot more than the 89-93, but I just damn love the front bumper of the TGP.... at first, I wasn't a huge fan, and also considered switching the recessed lights, mainly cuz I couldn't find a bumper, but when I got the bumper from Ken and put it on, I fell right in love with it and would never change it myself... Now to answer you, nah it wouldn't be a sin, in fact if you like it, do it, it may be kinda cool to have the TGP interior with the 94-96 style, would sure confuse a few people that know a little about Ws, and would also kinda hide the fact that it's a turbo from people like us...lol

I have a complete B4U (1995) kit sitting in my garage attic, am thinking of doing the same thing, want to get it running right first.

I'm personally not a fan of the 94-96 B4U body kit.  Too plain and round looking for me.  I like the sharp lines of the TGP B4M kit myself.

94-96 swap = instant ban!

:joke:

I personally like the TGP kit/look better than any other 1st Gen kit that was available. At most, I could see swapping to the 91-93 style front bumper + miniquad lighting if you can't find a good TGP bumper to use. There's always a few 91-93 B4U GP's in the junkyards here with good front bumpers(typically missing the valence though :icon_sad:). At some point, those of us that plan on keeping our cars long term might have to get some reproduction TGP bumpers made since they're already pretty scarce...

go get a 91+ one and make it that smoother style, dont ruin a perfectly good TGP to make it look like a dime a dozen new gp.

The B4M with composites is what makes a TGP look like a TGP IMO

I could do 91-93. I have to do something tho because that front bumper and valence are shot. Plus if I do 91-93, i don't have to worry about anything but the front bumper.
