Where did you put your nozzle?  I have the Nitrous Express GM EFI kit and GenX2 upgrade. I just don't know the safest place to install the nozzle.
Does anyone have any experience on this?

Thanks in advance

On the pipe right before the throttle body. Unless you have a throttle body plate spacer with fuel and nitrous fogger. Does your system have a fuel nozzle and nitrous nozzle?  Wet nitrous is the way to go if the TGP fuel pump and filter can handle that much pressure (all 6 injectors plus the fuel fogger that goes with it...at full blast) because nitrous requires extra fuel to explode or it will run lean and explode your pistons.
I want to get the nitrous injectors that work with your injectors (the way a good nitrous system should be designed). There is a fuel and nitrous line going to each port and the stock fuel injectors mount on top of them. But you never know till you try.

Yeah its its a wet kit. Both the fuel and nitrous tie into a single nozzle.

Another question, currently the kit is on my Malibu and I had to cut into the fuel line and put a T in for the fuel, and on my TGP I see a test port on the rail. Can I just use the test port for my fuel solenoid, or should I cut the fuel line a T into it?

About how far back from the throttle body did you put the nozzle? About 10 inches or so? That's how my Malibu is setup..

Thanks

where did you get your system and what is the part or model number? :?:
i will get in the 13s

It's the Nitrous Express GM EFI kit Part Number 20920 and the GenX2 upgrade. Total price $786.87. Which really isnt that bad and I have never had a single problem with the kit and installed it myself. Works great on the Malibu, just haven't put it on the TGP yet. I'll have it on around the first of the year and let you know how it performs.
This is where I bought the kit.

I'm no expert on nitrous, so I may be off base with this.  The test port is at the end of the front rail where fuel would be pushed out to.  Being this is a wet system, the closest injector would get fed almost pure nitrous and the furthest away getting fed very little, if any.  Also, since it has a double rail, the front rail would be supplied, but the back rail would maybe get some, but not a whole lot, which would cause some cylinders to fire a lot harder than others.  Like I said before, I'm no nitrous pro, but I just don't want to see you blow apart your engine.

The test port is not where the nitrous is injected. The nitrous/fuel mixture is injected via fogger nozzle which is installed in the intake pipe upstream of your Throttle Body. The test port is used only to feed the fuel solenoid so when you push the button, it has a fuel supply.
This allows even distribution of the nitrous/fuel mix to all cylinders.

When I read my previous post it dawned on me that it may appear that I am affiliated (sp?) with Nitrodaves Performance. So.....
I am not the owner nor am I an employee of Nitrodave's. I just "borrowed" the name from them because that is where I buy all my nitrous accessories. And my name happens to be Dave also.  :D
