My wastegate keeps sticking how does this happen and how can I fix the problem.

pull the rod off and see if the wastegate arm moves freely.. if not see what you can do to free it up.. If it moves freely check the wastegate actuator... If thats good.. check vaccum lines... if thats good.. I dunno
