Hello guys. My name is Brian. I just bought the TGP on Ebay in Texas. $1525. Not too bad I think. I love forced induction! I am co-founder and a mod at http://www.necamaro-firebird.org/. It is a third gen Camaro specific forum. I have a 1985 IROC show car, an 86,000 mile 1986 Firebird and a 1983 Z28 with a supercharged small block and a 5 speed.

But I have always had a car on the side to play with that was different than my main interest of F-bodies. Usually a Turbo Dodge car, Shelby Charger or Daytona. Last fall I got stupid with the boost on my Shelby Daytona and at 17 PSI I cracked 2 pistons. I was right in the middle of the superchargered Camaro project and just sold the Daytona as it would have sat for quite awhile.

A few weeks ago I decided it was time to replace it and while i was looking for another Dodge I came across the TGP on ebay. I was intrigued, and I think the car itself is absolutely gorgeous. I had to have it and won the auction. My plans are to keep it completely stock and just drive the crap out of it. Daily driver, even in the New England winters! So far the only issue is the brakes are real stiff. But I am sure there will be more to take care of as I try and get it registered and emissioned etc.

A little more. I also part out 3rd gens regularly for my "toy" money. I sell on ebay and have over 600 positive feedbacks with no negs. I may part a few of these if the interest for the parts is there. There is one in Jersey for sale not too far from me. I love to drag race and have a garage full of trophies and a track championship at Rocky Mountain Raceways in 97. I am 38 and live in CT. Anyone here close to CT or from CT? I also registered at W-body.com but plan to ask most questions here because it is more specific to my car. Thanks for reading all this and while I am very busy at my site, maybe I will get to meet some of you. We do dyno days, drag racing, meets and show up in big numbers in a convoy at car shows. Cool stuff. I am so excited for the TGP! Cant wait to get it registered!

Welcome! TGP looks great! Must be nice to own a southern car, almost all of the work I've put into my car has been towards rust removal  :bash:

I'm probably one of the closest people to you on the board, being from southern RI. I own no1kicker's old turbo STE, looks like he's a member on your forums. He has a '91? black T/A.

Yep, I met him at a meet we had at Colt state park last year. He was there with another guy with a white Trans Am, Frapjap is his screen name. Small world. I refuse to buy New England cars. I decided I was money ahead paying for shipping on a rust free car long ago. None of my cars have rust. I hate rust! I just want to drive the TGP normally and not mod it. Probably take it to the track once just for the hell of it, but I don't need to break it! My other toys keep me plenty busy!
