tuning trouble

I have 39# injectors. I have the BPC set to 59 which lands a cell 1 BLM of 134

WOT is just wayyy too rich (like to the point it bogs down). I've tried leaning out the PE target AFR vs RPM and fuel boost multiplier vs 2bar map

maybe I just need to lower the fuel boost multiplier vs map alot more im not sure

I usually dont have this much trouble tuning, what would you guys suggest?

I find them tables don't do jack.  You have to tune with the VE tables.
