1 rear valve cover for a 3.1.  Pretty clean, no oil cakeage or black gunk build up.  I soaked this cover in some house hold soap a long time ago and rinsed it with hot water a few times.  It's ready for a gasket and pcv for a fast simple repair.  Great for starting out painting or polishing parts too!
