newbie from ohio

Hello guys, just wanted to introduce myself. I just picked up an 89 tgp here in ohio for what I think was a great deal. I am looking forward to learning alot from this site and you guys.

Welcome aboard!!  Tell us a little about your car.  What part of the Buckeye state are you from?

I'm from the eastside of cincinnati. I just bought a 89, 150k miles on body/100k miles on motor, has a precision t3/t4 turbo on car along with the stock turbo, an extra complete heads/intake/plenum from another tgp, 2 different chips<one being a topgun chip, hks bov, extra parts out the butt lol. It doesn't run of course, turns over doesnt start. The guy I bought it from said it had 42lb injectors in it and wow I think thats a bit overkill. The car probably needs an icm or coil packs. It also needs to have the front bumper/fender flares put on it, bottom of dash needs to be put back together aswell but honestly I dont think I could be happier considering I only gave $700 for everything.

Yep thats the one i picked up, heck of deal on it too since it came wit alot of extras.

Welcome aboard!  Also nice score!  Wish I had a crossover/turbo set-up like that.

X2 that thing probably spools much better up top, def looks like a more proper sized turbo than stock.
