I have a T4 brand new in box $300 ... Pm if interested, it will spool nicely on a 3400-3500.  I'll even through in the 4an oil flange/restrictor.

Where can I buy flanges for that to weld them onto the xover? Does it run coolant too?

you can get them anywhere, ebay has good mild steel flanges 20 shipped.  Its oil cooled only.  PM if interested.
