Ok..here it goes!

1.) 1990 Pontiac Turbo Grand Prix with 5-Speed Tranny. Car has performance chip in it for 5-Speed application. 111,000 miles and very clean.

2 and 3.) The paint is real clean RED. There have been a few added nicks to the paint since the winter has hit Colorado. They use rocks (traction control) instead of salt. The interior is mint except for the drivers seat. It has 108,000 miles of wear on it. I can get the seat re-upholstered for $150 if you so wish.

4.) Every Accesory in this car works except for the keyless entry and the trunk release. I disconnected the trunk release solenoid because when the inside temp of the car rose from the sun the keyless entry would pop the trunk. Not a good thing of course. I am sure if you replace the receiver and get a keyfob it will work like a charm. The cruise control cable froze up on it and I removed when I did the tranny swap.

5.) The running condition of this car is wonderful. I have built my own performance chip for the car to work with the 5-Speed tranny. It does not ever smoke or burn any oil. When I change the oil with Mobil-1 at 2500-3000 miles it is still at the full mark everytime. There are no knocks from the motor at all. It has a Jeff M cross-over pipe that was installed by Waskie and is still working great. There are 0 leaks from the motor or tranny! Brakes work great and no ABS lights have shown since the accumulator was replaced.

6.) I will now list all of the parts that have been replaced. All parts are either GM AC Delco or NAPA. Most are freshly replaced when I did the Tranny swap. Delco 02 sensor (10-02), Delco MAT sensor (11-02), Delco MAP sensor (10-02), Delco Wastegate Control Solenoid (10-02), Delco Throttle Position Sensor (10-02), AutoLite Alternator 105 AMP (9-02), Die-Hard Gold Battery (12-02), NAPA Serpentine Belt (12-02), NAPA Block Heater (400w? 10-02), New Motor and Tranny Mounts all around when 5-Speed Swap was done (8-02), CV Joints (half shafts) rebuilt and balanced (8-02), Both lower control arm Ball Joints and Control arm Bushings all GM parts (12-02), Addco 7/8" sway bar (11-02), both GM Rear Brake Calipers (7-02), 4 Good/Year Eagle HP 245/50zr16 still in great shape!! (8-02), Delco Fuel Filter (10/02), Delco Fuel Pressure Regulator (7-02), Delco #1 and #6 cylinder fuel injectors (7-02), 2 MagnaFlow Mufflers (12-02), KYB GR-2 shocks all the way around (7-02), had car re-aligned 5 weeks ago. Still completely in spec but two minor adjustments made to bring back to 0 variance.

The tranny that is in the car was pulled from a 140,000 mile 1989 Pontiac Grand Prix SE. I took it to a local manual tranny shop and had them go through it and let me know what needed to be done to make it mint. They told me that this tranny could not possibly had 140,000 miles on it. More like 30,000 or less as he said. I spoke to the guy I bought the GP from and he said he did not know any of the history on the car from 120,000 and before. It has GM Syncromesh lube in it and it never as much as scratched into another gear. I am not very happy with the CenterForce Clutch that is in it but it does work very well as long as you don't abuse it more than 5 runs before you let it cool.

I am pretty set on $4800 for the car, but willing to take reasonable offers. It will be going on Ebay as soon as I get my pictures together. It is in Colorado and if I decide to purchase a GMC Jimmy or similar in your area as a replacement I will drive it to you as long as the car is paid for in full.

I really don't want to sell the car, but I have recently got a German Shepard Puppy and I know she will not be comfortable riding in the TGP. I need to slow my ass down anyway!! I want to go 4 wheeling and the TGP just doesn't handle right with a 12" lift on it!!

Hey TGPilot I found some bonneville SSEI pics on your site.  Looks nice!  How does it compare with your TGP?  I really want a brand new one...

I bought it just to sell it. Found out after I got it that the tranny is pretty tired. Oh well...looks like I am going to break even on it... 8)
