I recently replaced my alt and got code 33, low pressure in the intake. It makes sense, it seems like I have so much turbo lag since then (huge delay to build boost) I found the vacuum leak and tried to fix it, but instead I accendently ripped out the hose from under the intake plenium. Is there any way to reattach hoses without removing the plenium?

Not really. But you could just reroute them ontop of the intake. One of the hoses, that goes to the vacuum feed for the accessories (cruise etc) goes through a kinda weird clip where the purge solenoid is on the back of the intake, you will have to figure a way to route it into that, but otherwise you will have to remove the intake to do it like the factory.

That stinks...big time.  I worry abou this quite often espically since it tok me weeks to find a pinhole sized hole in the HVAC / Cruise line.

Think I am goig to replace all the vaccume lines on my new 89 with the silicone lines from Hose techniques.

Good luck fixing it.
